【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportprovidesarationaleandtechnicaljustificationforcertainEuropeanStandardsfortransportablegascylinders,producedinaccordancewiththerequirementsoftheTransportablePressureEquipmentDirective(TPED),tobeusedforapplicationscurrentlylistedinthePressureEquipmentDirective(PED).ItspurposeistoproveequivalenceofapproachinthetwodirectivesanddemonstrateequivalencetotheoveralllevelofsafetyintheEssentialSafetyRequirements(ESRs)ofthePED,therebyallowingEuropeanStandardsandEECdirectiveslistedinthisTechnicalReporttobeusedtofulfiltherequirementsofthePED,providedthattheirfillingconditionsfulfiltherequirementsofADR/RID(P200,4.1.4.1),inrespectofportablefireextinguishersandbreathingapparatus.
