【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationspecifiesaninductivelycoupledplasmaopticalemissionspectroscopic(ICPOES)methodforthedeterminationoftraceelementcontentinoils.Dependingonthedilutionsolventused,mosttypesofvegetableoilscanbeanalysed(crude,degummed,refined,bleached,deodorizedandhardenedoils)andnearlyalltypesoflecithinsandphosphatides.Thisprocedureisonlysuitablewhentheelementsarepresentinasolubilizedform.Fineparticles,suchasbleachingearth,metalparticlesandrust,canresultinpoorrecoveryofthetraceelementspresentasnebulizationandatomizationproblemsaffecttheICP-OESanalysis.NOTETheonlysuitablenon-ashingdirectmethodforsamplescontainingfineparticlesisgraphitefurnaceatomicabsorptionspectrometry.
