【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedforusewithotherstandards(see2.1)thataddressthecollectionandpreparationofsamples(driedchips,dusts,soils,andairparticulates)thatareobtainedduringtheassessmentormitigationofleadhazardsfrombuildingsandrelatedstructures.Thistestmethodmayalsobeusedtoanalyzesimilarsamplesfromotherenvironments.1.1Thistestmethodisintendedforusewithextractedordigestedsamplesthatwerecollectedduringtheassessment,management,orabatementofleadhazardsfrombuildings,structures,orotherlocations.1.2Thistestmethodcoverstheleadanalysisofsampleextractsordigestates(forexample,extractedordigestedpaint,soil,dust,andairborneparticulate)usinginductivelycoupledplasmaatomicemissionspectrometry(ICP-AES),flameatomicabsorptionspectrometry(FAAS),orgraphitefurnaceatomicabsorptionspectrometry(GFAAS).1.3Thistestmethodcontainsdirectionsforsampleanalysis,aswellasqualityassurance(QA)andqualitycontrol(QC),andmaybeusedforpurposesoflaboratoryaccreditationandcertification.1.4Nodetailedoperatinginstructionsareprovidedbecauseofdifferencesamongvariousmakesandmodelsofsuitableinstruments.Instead,theanalystshallfollowtheinstructionsprovidedbythemanufactureroftheparticularinstrument.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.6Thispracticecontainsnoteswhichareexplanatoryandnotpartofthemandatoryrequirementsofthisstandard.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
