【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesrequirementsforthedraftingandpresentationofEuropeanmachinerysafetystandardsandstandardsforsafetycomponents,primarilytoachieveconsistencyandacceptablequality,throughouttheprogramme,ofthevariousstandardstobeprepared(alsotomeettherequirementsoftheMandatefromtheEuropeanCommission).Italsogivesrequirementsonthecriteriafortheselectionofnewworkitemsandforprocedurestoprepareandproducestandardsinanefficientandeffectiveway.ThisdocumentgivesrequirementswhicharesupplementarytotheCEN/CENELECInternalRegulations-Part3whenthisisnecessarybecauseofthespecialrequirementsofmachinerysafetystandardsandstandardsforsafetycomponents.ThisdocumentappliesprimarilytothedraftingoftypeCstandards.ItmayalsoapplytotypeBstandardsbuttheforeseeablevariationintheformatofthesestandardspreventsgeneralapplication.WhenrequirementsspecificallyapplytotypeBstandards,thisisindicated.ThisdocumentappliestotypeBandtypeCsafetystandardstobeprepared,orinthecourseofpreparation.Itdoesnotapplytothosestandardswhichhavecompliedwiththe1992editionofthisdocumentandhavereachedstage41beforeissueofthisdocument.
