【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesatestingmethodandsetstheacceptancecriteriaforthedeterminingofthelubricationabilityoflubricatinggreasesintendedforthelubricationofaxleboxbearings.Thelubricatingability,primarilyrelatedtothecapabilityoflubricatinggreasestoprotectagainstwear,isdeterminedinarollerbearinglubricanttestrig.Wearoftherollingbearingrollers,thefrictionalbehaviourandtemperatureduringthetestareusedtodiscriminatebetweenlubricatinggreases.Themethoddescribediscarriedoutinordertotestaxleboxgreasesforordinary-speedvehicles,withspeedsupto200km/h,andforgreasesintendedforhigh-speedvehicles,withspeedsupto300km/h.Themethodisadiscriminatingprocess,andthosegreasesthatpasswillbesubjecttomoreextensiveperformancetests.
