【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofstatica.c.andd.c.highpowerconvertorsforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).ThisGuideforprocurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.ThisGuidecoverseachtypeofpowerconverter,i.e.rectifier,inverter,staticexcitationsystem,conversionofa.c.toa.c./d.c.tod.c.andswitching,forthepurposeofchangingand/orcontrollingoneormorecharacteristics.Thistypeofequipmentisusedformanyapplicationssuchasmotordrivesandactuators,e.g.variablefrequencystartingequipment,a.c.andd.c.powersuppliesforcomputersandinstrumentation,inchemicalprocessplant,e.g.rectifiersforelectrolysisinhydrogenproduction,inmechanicalplant,e.g.electrostaticprecipitators,etc.Foradditional,orspecific,requirementsforbatteries,batterychargersoruninterruptiblepowersupplies(UPS)refertotherelevantguidesinthisseries.TheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystems,-predictedperformanceisachieved,-ancillaryequipmentispropertysized,-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved,-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsofanenquiry,-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiry.NOTE:AsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
